Registrations for all three of our WORLD DANCE OPEN CUP 2025 competitions:

WORLD DANCE POM-PON & CHEER DANCE & CHEERLEADERS

are open at www.festis.dance

In order to register for the competition of your choice, you must register here (registration is free): https://festis.dance/#/home. It's simple, the system guides you. After creating an account on FestIs, click on the FESTIVALS REGISTRATION tab in the left column. After that, you will see the login banners for our competitions, where you just need to click on the button REGISTER FOR FESTIVAL.

For these competitions, it is not necessary to be a member of the WADF or any other world dance organization, and it is also not a condition of participation to have a license from any world dance organization, as these are cup competitions.

Competition is running through a specific Festis Dance registration rules, so please check timeline of the registration process:

- 4.11.2025, Tuesday until 23:59 - official deadline for registration for the competition
- 7.11.2025, Friday - publication of the preliminary start list
- 10.11.2025, Monday until 23:59 - deadline for sending any corrections according to the preliminary start list and deadline for sending a cancellation of the start
- 7.11.2025, Friday - last day for payment of the entry fee
- 15.11.2025, Saturday - publication of the final start list (a dance club/school that has not paid the entry fee is not included in the final start list!)

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations and full refunds of entry fees are possible only until Monday, 10.11.2025. All subsequent cancellations are possible, but the entry fees are not refunded in such a case. A voucher is issued, which a dance club/school can apply the next time they register with the same organizer. The recipient can redeem the voucher during the next two competition seasons.
